Kiki Heredia, Makeena Deeth and Anna Demario all celebrate

End of the Year Honors

At the end of the year Coast Conference Coaches meeting, three Rams came away with all-conference honors as voted by the coaches. Sophomore outside hitter Makenna Deeth and freshman libero Kiki Heredia were named 1st team, while freshman opposite hitter Anna Demario was named to the 2nd team.

Heredia led the team in digs with 247, and to go along with 22 aces with only one other Ram recording more aces. Deeth had 108 kills, 15 aces and 10 blocks in her final year as a Ram. She finished the year with 23 more kills this season than she did a year ago despite playing two less matches. Demario was the only Ram outside of setter Teresa Brozic that played all six rotations. She led the team in kills with 113, had 19 aces 110 digs and 18 blocks in her first season as a Ram.

The Rams will take a few weeks off before ramping it back up to begin the beach volleyball season. Go Rams!
