GILROY – The Gavilan College men's basketball team is home this weekend to host the 3rd annual Andrel Gaines Classic. The two-day tournament gets underway on Friday (Dec. 20) at Christopher Court.
The event is named in honor of Andrel Gaines, a former Rams basketball player who was tragically killed by a drunk driver in 2011.
The Rams will host Cabrillo, Chabot, and Feather River. This weekend's game schedule:
December 20
5 pm: Cabrillo vs Chabot
7 pm: Feather River vs Gavilan
December 21
3 pm: Cabrillo vs Feather River
5 pm: Chabot vs Gavilan
